Pilates and Tai Chi commencing – Make your body stronger in 2013!

Hi all,

A new year is upon us, and we are almost at the end of January!

The first week in Feb will bring the start of our Term 1 Pilates & Tai Chi classes (just over a week’s time!)

For those of you who are unaware, we run 6 Pilates classes and 1 Tai Chi class each week for a 10 week term in line with the NSW school term dates. As we like to keep our class sizes small and personal, they tend to fill up fast – so if you are at all interested dont hesitate in calling the practice to book in (6299 3886).

Classes are $160.00 for the 10 weeks, paid upfront, and claimable on your private health cover.

We run Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates, and a standard beginners level for Tai Chi.

Many have already taken this great opportunity, so why not join them in making your body stronger for 2013, and possibly preventing any potential injury concerns.

Call the practice to book in, or visit our website for any more information
